About the company:
Out Federal Government Client is seeking a skilled APS5 Service Guidance and Practice.  This role is accountable under limited supervision to undertake moderately complex to complex work. Legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents guide the position.

This is a 12 Month Labour hire position based out of the Newcastle, Adelaide, Richmond and  Geelong Office.

About the role:

  • Researching, drafting and updating internal and external guidance with a participant focus that reflects the Agency’s policy positions and meets agency’s plain English and accessibility standards.
  • Interpreting the policy and legislative environment the branch operates in.
  • Developing or updating guidance material in response to participant and external stakeholder feedback.
  • Understanding the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
  • Providing service delivery knowledge and advice about procedural guidance, practice implementation and operational matters as needed to support an improved participant experience.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement, maintaining best practice and innovation in the branch.
  • Managing multiple priorities while maintaining high work standards, governance protocols and accuracy, meeting defined timeframes and performing other duties as requested.

Benefits:

  • ASAP start pending Federal Police Clearance 
  • 12-month temporary assignment 
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday 
  • Locations considered – Newcastle, Richmond, Adelaide and Geelong
  • $55.24 per hour + super
