The Head of Solutions leads and oversees the delivery of enterprise-wide technology solutions that align with organisational goals. This role manages key functions such as solution architecture, business analysis, and project management to deliver reliable, high-quality, fit-for-purpose technology solutions. The Head of Solutions collaborates with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and deliver value.
Accountabilities include
- Portfolio Management: Prioritizes initiatives, manages resources, and tracks performance to deliver business value aligned with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Builds and nurtures relationships with stakeholders, ensuring engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with solution initiatives.
- Resourcing: Optimizes resource availability and capability, ensuring the right skills are in place for effective solution delivery.
- Financial Management: Manages solution budgets, tracks expenditures, and ensures financial control and accountability while delivering value for money.
- Organisational Capability Development: Identifies current and future skill needs, conducting assessments to align capabilities with organizational goals.
- Systems Delivery Management: Oversees the delivery of systems, ensuring timely, within-scope, and high-quality delivery that meets business requirements.
- Supplier Management: Builds strong supplier relationships, manages selection, monitors performance, and ensures quality service delivery at optimal cost.
Minimum:
- Min 5 years in a similar role
- Experience in working a complex IT environment with multiple applications and systems (Oracle, Salesforce and approx. 60 enterprise applications)
- Experience in the Delivery of SAP projects
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and business partners to deliver initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivery, customer service, and adding business value.
