How you will make contributions that matter?

We are currently seeking an Agronomist to join our team in Rochester. In this role, you will build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and new clients, offering expert market and technical advice while promoting sales, innovations, and service solutions.

You will spend most of your time in the field, becoming the face of our business as we expand into new market segments.

• Engage with clients to assess their agronomy needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Provide credible technical advice aligned with clients’ production targets and business goals, considering all aspects of their farming operations.
• Identify and develop new client prospects within your assigned territory.
• Stay updated on agronomic products, trends, and services.
• Participate in training on new technologies and industry developments.

About You:

• A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• Experience and knowledge of the agricultural retail industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer-centric relationships.
• A drive to exceed sales goals and contribute to continuous improvement.
