About the role:
Through the facilitation and coordination of daily trail activities, you will ensure a positive participant experience and provide our Sponsors/CROs with excellent and accurate data. And you don’t do this alone. Each CTC has great support for all studies working alongside and under the direction of a Team Leader and Principal Investigator. The CTC ensures GCP (or good clinical practice) and protocol compliance, provides training of key personnel, actively participates in the recruitment of participants and works within the financial terms of the trial.

- Exceed our sponsor expectations by facilitating participant recruitment initiatives as we strive for our business goals
- Find solutions for any participant recruitment barriers
- Meticulously ensure essential trial documents are maintained at a high standard
- Efficiently manage all trial resources so everything you need is available for all participant visits
- Ensure sponsor expectations are fulfilled by having all data entry completed and queries attended to
- Put your eye for detail across all trials under your management to achieve great outcomes during internal financial, regulatory and source audits.

And whether you have the skills and qualifications like:
- Tertiary qualification in Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy
- Experience in clinical trials
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or appropriate work visa
- Current AHPRA Registration (where relevant)
