The Role: We are looking for individuals with a strong background in research administration to expand our team's sector-specific expertise. In this role, your knowledge of managing research processes and regulatory requirements will be essential as you collaborate with our Product Implementation, Client Support, and Product Development teams. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to continue providing market-leading solutions and services for research-intensive organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Implementations:
  • Managing a team of product specialists, you will use your research administration knowledge to translate client requirements into solution configuration
  • This is hands on role that will allow you to help configure our software to streamline research management processes
  • You will work with our project managers and technical teams to ensure clients achieved their desired results in a timely manner.
• Advanced Product Support:
  • Provide high-level, specialised support beyond routine inquiries and collaborate with our client’s power users to solve challenges
  • Build relationships with clients, proactively offering creative solutions to unique problems
• Innovation and Client Success:
  • Leverage your research administration experience and exposure to client requirements to work with technical leads and influence our product roadmap
  • Contribute ideas that shape the future of research management technology

Required Skills:

• Strong background in research administration or related field
• Friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing stakeholders and aligning expectations
• Problem-solving abilities with strong technical capabilities
• Attention to detail with the ability to be involved in multiple projects concurrently

• Research management experience of a team within a research intensive organisation
• Experience in project delivery with both team and autonomous work

• Basic technical aptitude or interest in learning software systems
