Programme
The 2025 Marie Curie Research into Practice Conference will continue to be framed around our four key thematic priorities:
- supporting the physical or mental health and wellbeing of people affected by dying, death, and bereavement
- ending financial insecurity at the end of life and ensuring that everyone has the support they need to address their practical concerns
- ensuring that everyone affected by dying and death, including the family, friends, and carers of the dying person, are supported through and beyond the end of life, including into bereavement
- ending inequity in end of life experience by ensuring access to excellent standards of care and support for all.
Each day will have a two-hour morning thematic session from 10am – 12pm. There will also be spotlight sessions from 12:30pm onwards. These are one-hour, bitesize sessions designed to shine a light on topics that we know are areas of particular interest and importance in the sector.
If you would like to know what to expect, you can view our 2024 conference and watch all recordings for free.
